Hybrid (2 days wfh, 3 days at office)

Your New Salary: £35,000-40,000 per annum

12 months Fixed Term Contract

Working hours: 9-5

Japanese speaking Asset Management Accounting Assistant - What You'll be Doing:

• Asset Management administration for a group of investment companies
• Monitor and analyse of investment companies performance and contract
• Liaison and coordination with third party contractors who carry out bookkeeping, accounting, auditing and taxation services for the investment companies
• Accounting entries and ensuring accuracy of management data including analysis and understanding of variance.
• Liaison with Japan HQ and dealing promptly with requests and queries.
• Monthly management accounting and reports with support of external third party contractors

Japanese speaking Asset Management Accounting Assistant - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Nice to have some accounting qualification
• Strong Excel and IT skills
• Understanding of accounts and taxation (VAT/ Corporation Tax).
• Nice to have the ability to conduct business in Japanese (both verbal and written)
