Job Title: Java Developer (Kafka, AWS, React)

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. You'll be working on scalable, event-driven systems using Apache Kafka, deploying microservices on AWS, and collaborating with front-end developers using React.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices.
• Build and manage real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka.
• Deploy and monitor applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.).
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs with React applications.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Tech Stack

• Backend: Java 17, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Cloud: AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch)
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform
• Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
• Familiarity with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes or serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
• Exposure to event sourcing or CQRS patterns.
