We’re looking for a java developer to:

• Develop scalable Java applications for complex business challenges
• optimize and refactor existing services to improve performance and maintainability
• translating business requirements into technical specifications
• perform code reviews and share results with colleagues
• lead UAT and demonstration sessions with key stakeholders

• Location: (Hybrid/ London)
• Daily Rate: Flexible Rate
• Contract Length: Until Dec 2026
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be working in theRates and Credit markets technology team. We're a fast-paced, motivated group spread across 8 cities in 6 countries (US, Europe, Asia Pacific). Our mission is to provide cutting-edge solutions for fixed income trading services to Principal Flow Tradingbusiness divisions of the banking group. As a java developer, you'll play an important role in the growth of multi-faceted platform.

Your expertise

• ideally 5+years of experience as Java Developer, focusing on core capabilities of the language, finance sector background a plus
• experience of building low-latency, high-throughput platforms
• excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• able to produce secure, stable and good performing code
• strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
