What We Are Looking For:

• Teachers: Experience teaching students with special educational needs is preferred, but not essential. A strong commitment to adapting teaching methods and resources to meet the individual needs of each student is key.
• Teaching Assistants: Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is beneficial but not mandatory. A caring and patient attitude, along with a willingness to learn and support students, is essential.
• Strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and a passion for supporting students to reach their full potential.
