Salary: £140-£160 per day (Paid to scale after 12 weeks)

Are you passionate about teaching and inspiring young minds? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Year 3/4 Teacher to join our vibrant school community in DN5. This long-term role starts from the February half-term and runs until the summer, offering you the chance to make a real impact on our students' learning journey.

What You'll Do:

• Inspire and Educate: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that captivate and challenge our Year 3/4 students.
• Monitor Progress: Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them thrive.
• Create a Positive Environment: Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom where every student feels valued.
• Manage the Classroom: Maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
• Engage with Parents: Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their child's progress and development.
• Collaborate: Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must have UK QTS to apply.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching Year 3/4 or similar age groups.
• Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion and Dedication: A commitment to inspiring and motivating young learners.
