Bury Council are seeking a skilled Joiner who is experienced in working with void properties. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled, capable of conducting minor plumbing, plastering, pointing, and painting works. This role involves a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks across council homes and public buildings managed by Bury Council.

• Carry out multi-skilled joinery work related to repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment.
• Handle responsive and planned repairs, as well as empty homes reinstatement.
• Address issues related to disrepair, damp, and capital investment projects.
• Work across various buildings managed by or associated with Bury Council, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety.

• Proven experience as a Joiner, particularly in void properties.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance and refurbishment processes.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
