Joiner

Morgan Hunt are recruiting a time served Joiner to work with a housing association in the East End of Glasgow, this is initially a temp role, but could become permanent for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day joinery repairs and maintenance within tenanted and void properties
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
• Respond promptly to repair requests and maintain clear communication with tenants and the maintenance team
• Assist with other general maintenance duties as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar joinery/maintenance role
• Relevant qualifications in Joinery (e.g., SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence, van issued buy the client.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach

40 hours per week £25.65ph
