Job Description - Joiner

Our Client in North Tyneside are looking to add an experienced Joiner to their team. You will be based in the North Tyneside area working as part of our client’s void maintenance teams.

The Working Hours will be:
Monday – Friday
08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
£18 ltd Per Hour

Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general carpentry maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties.
Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
Delivering the highest quality maintenance joinery work.

Candidate Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry.
2 Years Experience
Social Housing Experience Desirable.
Full UK Driving License
