Job Vacancy: Multi-Trade Joiner – Property Repairs in South London

We are seeking an experienced and reliable multi-trade joiner to carry out property repairs and maintenance in South London. As part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of repair and refurbishment tasks in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out a range of property repairs, including carpentry, door and window repairs, flooring installations, and general joinery.
Performing minor plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting tasks as required.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

An NVQ or Equlvelent in a trade.
Strong skills in carpentry, joinery, and property maintenance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
A full UK driving licence and your own tools are preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
