You'll be joining an established contractor specialising in high-end residential developments across Lancashire and the North West. Their latest project is a luxury apartment block in Lancashire, designed with exceptional standards and premium finishes. Known for quality craftsmanship and timely delivery, this company offers a dynamic work environment and values skilled tradespeople.
Your new role
As a Joiner on this site, your duties will include:
Hanging internal doors and fitting all associated ironmongery with precision
Installing skirting boards and other decorative timber features
Laying flooring to a high specification across multiple apartments
Carrying out second and final fix joinery to meet luxury standards
You'll be working alongside a team of experienced trades and site managers with an immediate start available. The role is expected to last for a couple of months, with the potential for follow-on work on future projects.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you'll need:
Proven experience as a site joiner, especially on high-spec residential builds
Your own tools and PPE
CSCS card
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
