Covering Barnsley
Working Monday to Friday, 8am till 4pm (37hrs per full week).
Paying £15.89PAYE (No CIS & No LTD).
3 months, minimum
Working within social & voids maintenance contract.
Note - Vehicle will be provided for work hours only.

Duties may include but are not limited to Day to day management of workload within voids, investment and responsive repair work streams.
Consistently demonstrate high levels of customer service and professionalism whilst undertaking refurbishment works within both tenanted and void properties.
Ensure that all works are carried out safely and to an excellent quality standard
Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required
Ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities relating to repair work and contractor compliance.
Ensuring the effective and proactive delivery of service
Ensuring the maintenance and delivery of any documentation required to agreed standard and timescale
Making decisions using specialist experience

Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
Drivers License
Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent)
Must be able to pass a DBS
