Junior Credit Controller (Temporary to Permanent)

Our client, a reputable company located near Staines, is urgently seeking a Junior Credit Controller for a 6-month temporary role, with the potential to become permanent.

Key Details:

• Role Type: Full-time, office-based
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
• Maximise cash receipts and minimize overdue balances
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Efficiently process and resolve customer queries
• Keep detailed records of outstanding invoices
• Support the team and Credit Control Manager with ad hoc tasks
• Utilise intermediate Excel skills for various tasks

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in credit control
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• High level of numeracy and accuracy
