Junior Data and Reporting Analyst - Inside IR35 - Cardiff Based - Hybrid Working - 6 months

Do you have experience of building short term tactical solutions using Excel and SQL Server?

My large client in the utility sector is currently looking for a contractor who is able to provide first line support and maintenance for all business systems. You'll be responsible for managing each request received via the support mailbox, from the first point of contact until resolution. In addition, typical duties will include responding to a high demand of support requests, managing communication with second line support / third parties, address training issues, review support documentation and conduct scheduled audits.

In this role you will:

• Do reporting using SQL Server and Excel (mandatory)
• Knowledge and experience of working with Data bricks (beneficial)
• Take responsibility for the design, development and validation of ad hoc MIS reports and statistics, both for management and to assist the business carry out their daily tasks
• Respond to a high demand of support requests
• Ensure all agreed audits related to the support tasks are carried out and kept up to date
