Description

• Bookkeeping via Xero software
• Process monthly payrolls using BrightPay for 4 companies
• Process HMRC and Nest payments
• Invoicing councils for care fees
• Intercompany invoicing between sister companies
• Keeping track on payments coming in and going out (process remittances and update Monday Board and Client Index
• Chasing outstanding payments
• Keeping all paperwork, files and computer organised
• Carry out tasks asked by the Finance Manager /Director
• Support Site managers with HB and DHP applications

Profile

A successful Junior Finance Officer should have:

• A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• An understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
