We are working exclusively with a well-established, family-run business with a UK-wide presence to find a Junior Technical Assistant to join their growing team in Glasgow. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity—perfect for someone with a passion for technology and an interest in digital systems, workflows, and automation.

In this varied role, you’ll support the digital operations team by managing structured data, improving workflows, and exploring AI-powered tools to enhance internal processes across departments like manufacturing, scheduling, and administration.

??? Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage data across platforms like Salesforce, Sage, and Trello
• Support and improve data transitions using automation tools such as Parabola
• Work with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams) to manage communication and reports
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline reporting and process efficiency
• Provide general system support and contribute to internal automation projects
• Collaborate across teams to refine and enhance digital workflows

• Comfortable working with digital tools and structured data
