Our client is seeking an ambitious Junior Litigator to join their dynamic team. The role involves managing a varied caseload of general civil litigation and contentious probate matters while supporting senior colleagues in case preparation and client representation. This position is ideal for someone looking to hone their skills in a supportive yet challenging environment.

• Handle a range of civil litigation and contentious probate cases.

• Assist in case management, document drafting, and court preparation.

• Conduct legal research and liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties.

• Maintain compliance with relevant legal practices and regulations.

• Work closely with the senior partner, gaining invaluable mentorship and exposure to high-quality litigation work.

• Essential:

  • Newly Qualified to three years post-qualification experience in litigation.

  • Strong understanding of civil litigation and contentious probate.

  • Excellent research, drafting, and advocacy skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.

• Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role within a legal setting.

  • A demonstrable interest in developing a career within litigation.
