Junior Management Accountant

What You’ll Be Doing

Junior Management Accountant, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations. You’ll support monthly reporting cycles, maintain accurate records, and help translate financial data into actionable information for teams across the business.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial summaries and performance reports.
• Posting and reviewing journal entries such as accruals and prepayments.
• Reconciling key accounts and ensuring data integrity across ledgers.
• Collaborating with internal teams to answer finance-related queries.
• Supporting payroll analysis and internal performance tracking.
• Helping to manage payment schedules and bank reconciliations.
• Contributing to the development and enforcement of financial controls.
• Providing ad hoc support to senior finance colleagues on projects and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• AAT qualified or actively studying towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Experience in a finance or accounting support role.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Confident using Excel and financial software tools.
• A team player with good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
