Junior Personal Assistant

New position based in Henley-on-Thames, this role is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a couple of years expereince, looking to take on more duties and take the next step in their career. This position is starting as a 10 month contract with potential to go permenant.

Duties

• Administrative Support- Answering phones, Managing emails, Organizing files
• Scheduling & Coordination- Scheduline meetings, Traveling arrangments, Totel booking
• Problem-solving skillings- ability to adapt to situations

This is an entry level poition but require a few months of office experience.
