Junior PMO Consultant - Agile, Reporting, Security

£Market rate (Inside IR35) - Possibility of temp to perm

London / Hybrid

My client is a large and instantly recognisable organisation who are looking to hire a Junior PMO Consultant with strong organisational as well as communication and reporting skills to join at a key point in the company's Transformation journey.
Key Requirements:

• Previous commercial experience in a Graduate / Junior PMO capacity in a mid-to large scale, complex organisation
• Expertise in being organised, inquisitive and collaborative
• Commercial awareness and understanding of what Projects and Portfolios are delivering in addition to the value they add
• Good understanding of how to deliver Change
• IT literate - awareness of dashboards such as Kanban boards, Jira tools, Sharepoint sites etc
• Awareness of a variety of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban etc
• Ability to create and run reports, provide project information and provide presentations
• Project and Programme Governance capability
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Flexible approach towards hybrid working
• Positive, can-do attitude

Nice to have:

• Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 Degree)
• Security knowledge and awareness from past Projects / Programmes (awareness of areas such as DLP / PAM / IAM etc)
• Knowledge of how to deliver Projects
• Awareness of how to do Change in Product / Platforms
• Relevant certification (ie Prince 2 / PMP / OPM3 etc)
• Immediate availability
