Junior Revs Ops Analyst

An exciting opportunity with a growing digital advertising company in London is looking for a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst

• Based in London
• 2 days a week in the office
• Start date: 20/05/25
• £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

The Job
As the Junior Revenue Operations Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Learning the digital programmatic landscape and developing expertise in publisher monetisation.
• Identifying and diagnosing issues with ad inventory performance.
• Delivering regular insights to highlight opportunities for revenue optimisation.
• Responding to ad hoc data and analysis requests from internal teams and external partners.
• Creating and enhancing dashboards to visualise performance and support publisher relationships.
• Supporting business areas with access to data and dashboarding needs.
• Contributing to business-level reporting and insights, including centralised reporting for the advertising team.
• Developing data visualisations and storytelling to support business decisions.

You

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or significant experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with reporting/BI tools (Google BigQuery, Looker, Data Studio, DOMO).
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and delivering change through data-driven recommendations.
• Intellectual curiosity, proactivity, and a passion for problem-solving.
• Experience with analytic techniques such as regression, clustering, and significance testing is a plus.
