Junior Support Analyst

Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Junior Support Analyst for our client a public sector organisation in Norfolk.

This role is a 12 month contract with the possibility to extend further. The role will be conducted full in office for the first 3 months of working and a review will be held before initiating hybrid working.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Taking telephone calls, live chats and dealing with in coming self-service portal requests.

Personal Requirements:

• Motivated individual.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Driven and hard working.
• Major technical skills not required, the preference is a customer service background with someone wanting to learn.

Working Hours: 37hrs / 08:00am - 17:00pm / Monday - Friday

Pay: £19.57 per hr
