Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and teach diverse KS1 lessons, using creativity to meet the needs of all learners across the curriculum
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, offering tailored feedback and support to guide their development
• Create a caring, well-organised classroom, fostering positive behaviour and ensuring pupil safety
• Collaborate with colleagues, TAs, and parents, forming a supportive team that enhances outcomes
• Contribute to school life and your own professional growth, by leading displays, extracurriculars, and events, and engaging in ongoing CPD

What you need to succeed:

• QTS (newly qualified or experienced)
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• The ability to inspire, support, and engage young children
