I C TALENT are delighted to be working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Cambridge that is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join their team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator to work in a positive and inclusive environment, helping Key Stage 2 (KS2) pupils succeed both academically and personally. This is a full time position.

The Role:
As a Key stage 2 Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire and motivate pupils.
• Support pupils' development across the curriculum and cater to individual learning needs.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess progress and provide constructive feedback to help pupils achieve their best.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and best practices, contributing to the school's positive culture.

What We're Looking For:

? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
? Experience or passion for working with Key Stage 2 pupils.
? Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
? Creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability in lesson planning and delivery.
? A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
? Commitment to supporting children's personal and academic growth.

Essential Requirements:

?? Two years of referencing history
?? Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
