• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained, and organised at all times.
• Assist in the preparation of food as needed.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including washing and disinfecting kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors, and walls.
• Manage waste and ensure garbage is disposed of promptly and safely.
• Support the kitchen staff by ensuring adequate stocks of essential supplies.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain clean and sanitary kitchen environments.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• A willingness to learn and support various tasks within the kitchen.
