As a KS1 teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting both the academic growth and personal development of your pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching in Key Stage 1 with a strong grasp of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum

• Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment, both inside the classroom and in outdoor spaces

• Use a variety of assessment methods to track pupil progress and plan future learning

• Build strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers

• Maintain a secure understanding of curriculum and pedagogy to deliver effective and inspiring lessons

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience and confidence in teaching within KS1

• A genuine passion for teaching and child development

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
