KS1 Teacher

KS1 Teacher needed in Wakefield starting from September with the potential for a permanent role!

A school based in the Wakefield are looking for a KS1 Teacher for a September start. The role is full time and has the potential to go perm.

The school is seeking a highly motivated and hard working Teacher who will identify with, promote and maintain the school’s positive approach to learning, teaching and pupil attainment.

• Support and enthuse young learners to reach their potential
• React to children’s interests to offer a child centred approach
• Provide opportunities that will excite and ignite a passion for learning
• Ensure children are engaging in their learning and actively participating
• Set the highest expectations for behaviour and achievement

Skills and attributes:

• Be a qualified teacher with QTS
• Have recent experience of teaching KS1 aged children
• Be an outstanding teacher
• Be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Have a love of children and learning
• Be able to inspire, innovate and nurture children
