KS1 Teacher

They are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join the team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. You will be responsible for:

• Planning and preparing engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Marking and assessing pupils' work
• Writing detailed and informative reports
• Attending and contributing to parents' evenings
• Liaising closely with a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning in the classroom

This is a full teaching role with full responsibilities, including preparation, planning, and assessment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
• A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and support staff
