They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 teacher to cover maternity leave for the duration of the academic year. Your new role

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to the KS1 curriculum.
• Maintain a nurturing and inspiring learning environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and a love for learning.
• Use effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through strong behaviour management techniques, ensuring an inclusive and encouraging space for all learners.
• Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, parents, and guardians, promoting a collaborative approach to education and pupil well-being.

What you'll need to succeed

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and best practices in primary education.
• Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to inspire and engage young learners.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, contributing to the school's ethos of honesty and community.
• A passion for teaching, adaptability, and a commitment to providing an ambitious learning experience for all pupils.
