We're working with a nurturing primary school in Bristol to find enthusiastic and caring KS1 Teaching Assistants who are passionate about helping children flourish in a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment.

? Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting KS1 pupils across the curriculum alongside class teachers
* Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to earlyyears learning
* Creating a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere
* Helping children with additional needs access learning and build confidence
* Assisting with classroom setup, displays, and general admintasks

?? What We're Looking For:
* A kind, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience working with children aged 5-7 (school or othersettings) - desirable
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - a plus, butnot essential
