The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Specialization in Primary Education is highly desirable.

• A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.

• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (if teaching in an English as a second language setting) is an advantage.

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school or international school setting.

• Experience with international curricula (e.g., IB PYP, Cambridge, or IPC) is a plus.
