KS2 - SEND Teaching Assistant

Zest education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 SEND Teaching Assistant to join the team at a primary school in Erdington. As a full-time member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to inspire and support students with special educational needs. If you are ready to start as soon as possible and have a genuine desire to help students thrive, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist students in the KS2 phase with SEND requirements
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to create inclusive learning environments
- Help students develop their academic and social skills
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting support as needed

Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting students
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN teaching support is preferred
