We are seeking a committed KS2 supply teacher in the Redditch area who prioritises children's learning and overall wellbeing. In long-term positions, you will be required to create lesson plans, and your pay will reflect the scale accordingly. You will also need to address any challenges, including safeguarding concerns, and report them to the teacher or the designated on-duty Safeguarding Lead (DSL).This role is highly flexible, making it an ideal choice for those balancing work with other commitments and offers an excellent opportunity to positively impact children's education while enjoying the flexibility of supply teaching.

What you'll need to succeed:

To succeed as a KS2 Supply Teacher, you should have a strong grasp of the KS2 National Curriculum, allowing you to confidently teach across various year groups. Thriving in this role requires flexibility in your teaching approach, adaptability to different methods, and the ability to maintain high expectations with a positive outlook. You should be:

• An outstanding practitioner eager to make a positive impact in KS2
• Skilled at engaging and enthusing pupils in their learning
• Knowledgeable about assessment, feedback, and differentiation
• Recent teaching experience within the last five years
• Hold a QTS, PGCE, or ECT qualification
