Your New School:

We are seeking a dedicated and determined KS2 Teacher to join our network of Supply Teachers in the Solihull and surrounding areas. Your New Role:

The ideal candidate will prioritise the learning and development of children in every aspect of their work and demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering a positive and nurturing environment for their growth. By actively supporting their team, you will inspire, motivate, and contribute to achieving high-quality learning outcomes for the children.
As mentioned above, you will be a KS2 teacher. The ideal candidate for this role would be:

• You must have experience of teaching within the last 5 years in the teaching industry and hold a QTS, PGCE or ECT.
• Have high expectations and a positive outlook
• Be an outstanding practitioner who is eager to make a positive difference in KS2
• Be someone who can always engage and enthuse pupils in learning
• Be someone who understands the importance of assessment, feedback and differentiation
• Have great resilience, determination and uphold our school values
• Be open to professional development and thinking creatively
• Have experience of successful subject leadership and vision for driving standards forwards.
