KS2 TA

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a vibrant, welcoming primary school that puts children at the heart of everything it does.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support in a KS2 setting, assisting with whole-class, small group, and individual learning.
• Promote positive behaviour and help manage classroom routines.
• Deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals as needed.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with children.
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff.
