Year 3 Primary Teacher - Immediate Start

Our client, a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Watford, Hertfordshire, is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a small class of 20 children, alongside a full-time Teaching Assistant.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Year 3 Primary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
• Foster a positive learning environment that supports student progress and well-being
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN and EAL pupils
• Work closely with the Teaching Assistant to provide targeted support where needed
• Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to learning

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Primary Teacher with QTS
• Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 3 experience is desirable but not essential)
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success
• Strong classroom management and the ability to create an engaging learning environment
• A team player who is eager to contribute to school life
