KS2 Teacher

• Salary: £162.31 - £207.38 per day
• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (1-year contract)

We are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a fantastic, friendly two-form entry primary school in Morecambe starting from September 2025. This role is ideal for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers looking to make a positive impact in either KS1 or KS2.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of KS1 or KS2 students.
• Plan lessons collaboratively during PPA time with peer teachers to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Participate actively in ongoing support, training, and professional development opportunities.
• Engage with the full induction program supported for ECTs, including CPD sessions and courses.
• Foster a positive learning environment and manage classroom activities.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching at the primary level, with specific strengths in KS1 or KS2 (please state your strengths in your application).
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
• Enthusiasm for professional growth and a commitment to continuous learning.
