KS2 Teacher - Chatham

Full-Time - MPS+TLR - September Start

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a KS2 Teacher within a Primary School in Chatham. This is a full-time role and would be on a temp-to-perm basis. There is TLR for subject leadership on offer for the right candidate. I am looking to speak to both ECTs and experienced teachers alike, as shortlisting and interviews are happening this over the next couple of weeks!

The school is a single-form entry Primary in Chatham and is graded GOOD by Ofsted in all areas. As the school is growing, they have put a lot of work in to ensure the curriculum is sequenced effectively for the students and training is provided for teachers and support staff to ensure they can grow with the school.

The school has onsite parking and is easily accessible via public transport.

The Role

• Planning and delivering the Primary Curriculum in KS2
• Responsibility for ensuring your cohort is supported and challenged appropriately with the work set.
• Managing behaviour within the classroom effectively
• Liaising with Parents/Guardians on the progress and/or potential development areas of students

Requirements

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
• Experience teaching the UK Primary Curriculum as a KS2 Teacher would be highly desirable but not essential.
• Hold an enhanced DBS (DBS on the update service is highly desirable)
• Have right to work in the UK
  Must have right to work in the UK
