KS2 Teacher requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in KS2
• A strong track record of delivering engaging, inclusive, and high-quality lessons
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to be an active member of the school community
• Creativity, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's progress

KS2 Teacher responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering exciting and differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom where all pupils feel supported and challenged
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents
• Contributing to the wider life of the school, including staff meetings and enrichment activities
• Upholding and promoting the school's values, vision, and behaviour policies
