KS2 Teacher

Role responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum.

• Differentiating learning to support pupils of varying abilities, including those with additional needs.

• Using assessment effectively to track pupil progress and inform future planning.

• Creating a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, resilience, and curiosity.

• Collaborating with colleagues to share best practice and support whole-school initiatives.

• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to foster a supportive learning community.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2.

• Strong knowledge of the KS2 national curriculum.

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

• A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• Enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for helping every child reach their potential.
