KS2 Teaching Assistant

Location: Lambeth - Close to Streatham Common Station
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only (until July 2026)
Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth, a short walk from Streatham Common Station, is seeking a committed KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible, with the role running through to July 2026.

• Support teaching and learning across Years 3-6

• Assist with small group work and individual interventions

• Work closely with experienced teachers and SEN staff

• Be part of a warm, collaborative school community

• Excellent transport links and modern classroom resources

• Previous experience as a KS2 Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role

• Confident working with children aged 7-11

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A patient, proactive, and positive attitude

• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
