We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS3 Teaching Assistant to join our lovely school in Romford. This KS3 Teaching Assistant role is to start immediately and will continue into the new academic year in 2025. You will be working closely with teaching staff to support pupils across Key Stage 3, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support for KS3 students in a range of subjects.

• Assist in delivering targeted interventions and small group work.

• Promote positive behaviour and help create a supportive learning environment.

• Monitor and track pupil progress, reporting back to teachers as required.

• Support students with additional needs or learning difficulties where necessary.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working in a school or with children in an educational setting.

• Is enthusiastic, reliable and patient.

• Has strong communication skills and can build positive relationships with students and staff.

• Is committed to the long-term development of young people.

• Role: KS3 Teaching Assistant

• Location: Romford

• Start Date: Immediate

• Contract: Full-time, continuing into the 2025 academic year

• Pay: £90-£105 per day, dependent on experience
