Learning and Development Assistant
4 month contract (potential for extension)
37 hours per week
Plymouth
£13.58 per hour plus holiday pay

An excellent opportunity to join a busy team, assisting with the administrative tasks of the Learning and Development team

You will be liaising with internal and external trainers, meeting and greeting and introducing them to members of staff who have been selected for training. You will be booking training sessions, updating excel spreadsheets with current information and scanning and uploading certificates on to the HR database.

You will need to be confident with communicating with groups of people from varying levels within the organisation and external providers, have a good eye for detail and be able to complete tasks in a fast and accurate manner

You do not need to have a background in Learning and development, this role would suit someone with good administrative skills or an experienced administrator
