About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful primary school in Tameside. This role involves supporting young children with high-level complex special educational needs (SEN). You will assist in creating and delivering tailored educational programs, helping to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about working with young children with complex SEN.
• Experienced in supporting individualised education plans (IEPs).
• Skilled in using a variety of strategies to engage and support children with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 TA Qual or willing to work towards this.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in working with early years and SEN children.
• Knowledge of SEN best practices and strategies.
