Label Inspection Assistant

Pertemps Reading are looking for a Label Inspection Assistant to work with a pharmaceutical company based in Theale.

As a Label Inspection Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

Inspect Labels produced by clients and vendors.
Ensure that the allocated label inspection room is clean, tidy, and in a compliant state at all times.
Work in accordance with Procedures to inspect labels to the agreed standards (content and legibility).
Support the Label Inspection Supervisor in the maintenance of the label defects library tool.
Work with counterparts in other facilities to develop aligned ways of working and best practices through continuous improvement.
Train General Associates and staff in label inspection.
Provide back-up to Label Production.
Other duties as required.

To be considered for this Label Inspection Assistant role, you should possess the following:

Relevant GCSEs as a minimum (e.g., English and mathematics), A-levels and/or Diplomas advantageous
Excellent English reading and writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with cGMP’s
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry
