Laboratory Analyst

We are actively recruiting for a Laboratory Analyst for Northumbrian Water based at their site in Horsley,
This is a temporary role and they are looking for someone to start immediately

In this tole you will carry out analysis/sample processing using designated systems in allocated work area to the required standard

Duties include

Process samples and/or media in accordance with the documented methods and procedures

Collect and analyse data from test, interpret results

Follow strict safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Prepare detailed reports on test results, findings and conclusions

Preferred Experience
Experience of working in a quality controlled environment

Good analytical skills

Able to demonstrate competency in all basic laboratory techniques

Effective organisational skills

Ability to work in a team

Being able to impart information promptly, check understanding and operate openly and honestly
