Labourer

Are you a hardworking and reliable labourer looking for work? We have a short-term contract opportunity available on a busy new build housing site in the Hessle area of Hull. This role is perfect for someone looking to get straight to work and contribute to a key phase of the project!

As a general labourer on our site, your primary focus will be on site setup and access. Your duties will mainly involve:

• Installing Heras fencing to secure site boundaries and designated areas.
• Setting up public walkways and protective barriers to ensure public safety around the construction zone.
• Assisting with the movement of materials and tools relevant to these tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Following all site health and safety guidelines.
• General labouring duties as required to support the site team.

• Previous experience in general labouring, ideally on a construction or housing site.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Experience with fence installation or groundworks is a bonus but not essential.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in.
• Good physical fitness as the role will involve manual tasks.
• Reliability and punctuality are crucial.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
