L&D INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER - LIMERICK

Atrium is looking for an accomplished L&D Instructional Designer to be responsible for developing enterprise programming that drives employees' development of professional skills. You will play a key role in ensuring our employees are developed with the capabilities needed to lead our organization to achieve our strategy. You will have strategic ability to quickly recognize and act on the professional skills learning and development needs of the organization and will exhibit the skillset required to develop best-in-class tools, job aids, elearning, instructor-led and virtually-delivered courses and related experiential learning. This hybrid role (3 days per week in office) will be based in Limerick (Ireland)

Essential:
* Expert-level: Program design and development skills (assessment strategies, instructional design, adult learning approaches, audience analysis, outcome measurement, professional skills learning best practices, etc.)
* PowerPoint presentation construction
* Elearning module design and development
* Facilitator / participant guides and job aids / performance support tools creation
* Consulting, influence, conflict management, and negotiation skills
* Program and project management skills. Process management and governance
* Innovative problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement
* Ability to form strong relationships across all stakeholders
* Cutting edge industry knowledge of best practices in learning asset design and outcome measurement
* Relentless attention to detail, high standards, and able to produce high quality deliverables
* Solid experience in an educational, corporate training, or professional services environment, creating strategies and developing professional skills training solutions
* Experience designing development programs and experiences that generate engagement in facilitated (virtual and in-person classroom environments) and self-paced learning
* Consulting with internal clients to identify needs and translate them into solutions
* Vendor sourcing and vendor management
