What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce components to exact specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and job sheets to ensure accurate machine programming.
Conduct regular quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment.
Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization on the shop floor.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Laser Setter (Trumpf, Bystronic, or similar preferred).
Strong understanding of technical drawings and production documentation.
Ability to work independently on a rotating shift schedule.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Flexibility and reliability with a strong work ethic.
