Laundry Operatives

Working in a busy laundry based in Slough

Experience not essential but a willingness to learn and the ability to work at a pace is essential

Ironing – this section involves placing washed garments onto the ironing board machine this area is fast paced and requires the ability to perform the same task over and over again. You will need to have a good eye for detail as each item will need to be placed slightly differently onto the machine.

Packing – This area requires items to be packed ready for dispatch you will need to have good PC skills and again a good eye for detail.

Sorting – Unloading cages of dirty laundry, Sheets, Duvets, towels etc this will require items to be placed on to the conveyor belt to allow for a second sort into correct items the second sort will involve placing items into the correct containers to allow items to be cleaned.

Long hours 6am - 16:00, ( shift availble Monday to Sunday)
