Lawyer - SEND Tribunals

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Lawyer with a "can do" approach to provide legal advice and support on all aspects of special educational needs, to include but not limited to decision making, policy and procedure. This is a remote role, working Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00 each day.

You will need:

• To have good technical knowledge
• Experience in special educational needs and be able to manage a varied caseload of SEND Tribunal appeals, including advocacy in case management hearings and final hearings in the First Tier SEND Tribunal, with minimum supervision.
• To be organised and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision while still being a valuable team player
• Excellent communication skills to enable strong relationships with clients
